Shanghai Smoyu Industry Co., Ltd. presents the Stadium Bleacher Grandstand Middle Back Seat for sports events. Made of HDPE plastic, this demountable seating offers comfort and durability. Ideal for outdoor stadiums and arenas.

1,Stadium Seats.

The stadium seating ZK02 is perfect for stadiums for seat design, shape and installation. It is very beautiful, safe and long life to be used in stadium, good for installation and repairing them.  The seat is made of HDPE which is High-density polyethylene. One time to be shaped and soft surfaces. HDPE is good material for seats and high resistance against high temperatures, Anti-aging, UV proof, impact resistance, high and low temperature resistance, good anti-oil resistance.

The size of the ZK02 HDPE Plastic seat: Wide×Deep×Hight=420×470×330(mm). We design an hole in the seat to release water in case it has no water kept in the seat. The weight is the HDPE is 2.05KGS±100g.



Main mechanical properties of HDPE:

ZK02 seats is approved with standard QB/T2601-2013, Seats and backrest of the chair static load:  2000N×20times, Back of the chair static load 800N×20times. Balance load of seat part: 2000N. Endurance load of seats part and back part: 960N×200 thousand times, and 350N×200 thousand times. Anti-impact Ability: Hight 360mm×20 times, back of the chair Hight 630mm×20 times. Ageing resistance performance: ≥3500. Outdoor UV proof. High temperature resistance:-60°C to +80°C, 72h. The seat Life span: more than 10 years.

All above Feet are High quality Aluminum Alloy Holders, Polished, sprayed surface, good quality and good appearance.
2, Pipe:High quality pipe connects 1-20 seats or more.
3, Steel parts: All are anti-oxidation.
4, Fastening piece:Standard screws and Cushion for connecting hoops and seats and feet. Using expansion bolt to fix feet on the floor.
5, Aluminum sheet for seats numbers: Built in upside of the back parts, rows number is in the both side of per sets.

3, Installation:
There are different ways of installation the arena seating, but there are 3 main methods:
First is floor mount (directly installed upon the front end of concrete step or wooden step, with screws in the bottom to fix the seat and the step).
Second is Riser mount (seats are installed upon the aluminum feet, which fixed upon the riser slope of concrete steps or wooden steps)
Third is Bleachers seats (A row of seats installed upon a steel/aluminum/ concrete stairs, can also be telescope bleacher seats system).

Fixed seats on the floor with M8×70 extension bolts, the distance between seats is 480mm, the seats Hight about 425mm from the floor. To make sure the straight line of seats and rows.
According to Article 5.2 of JGJ57-2000: tolerances of average distance difference between seats should be less than 10mm, tolerances of rows distance difference should be less than 40mm.
